Used SBM XL S2B2 1500 has 2 Sand Block belts on the top and bottom in the first head to round edges. It is followed by 2 rows of Brush Block Belts on top and bottom that remove laser oxide from the edges and interior holes/slots.

This machine will not remove a hard welded on burr - it will do great edge rounding and oxide removal - top and bottom - for better paint adhesion.
